Everyone is talking about the new Huda Beauty Neon Obsession eyeshadow palettes. This eyeshadow palettes launch in may 2019, there are three palettes a “Neon Green Obsession”, “Neon Orange Obsession”and “Neon Pink Obsession”. When the eyeshadow palette launch it was a success and there are a lot of good reviews saying that it has a great formula and some pigmentations are awesome, but in other hands there’s bad reviews saying that the eyeshadow stains the eyes and the formula of metallics colors are hard to work with because it doesn’t show. Someone recently made a video calling out Huda Beauty because they found out that there’s a second lable under the back lable that says the eyeshadow palette is not meant for the eye area. The brand promoted the eyeshadow pallets with models using the product on their eyes. Now everyone is asking why Huda Beauty did a eyeshadow not meant for the eyes? and why they promoted as eyeshadow? I’m going to share two reviews of the palette so you can judge for yourself.
I’m going to talk about this makeup look that I call “Christmas Break” because I did it on Christmas break and it’s a Christmas ornament broken on someone’s face. Some of the materials that I used to create this look were:
I started with applying foundation all over the face, then carefully made a whole in the christmas ornament then cut it with scissors till I had the shape that I wanted. Then I glued the ornament with latex and added wax for extra support. I applied foundation to the latex and wax so it would look like his skin color, then I started to apply water base paint, I used a combination of a dark green and dark brown to create depth then I added a little bit of red to create a swollen illusion around the ornament, I also applied a little bit of brown eyeshadow on top of the wet paint to seal it. Lastly, I topped everything with fake blood.

Este curso fue de gran ayuda porque expandí mi conocimiento sobre la web y sus usos. También aproveche y utilice esta plataforma para hablar, publicar y aumentar mi conocimiento sobre el maquillaje. También aprendí sobre plataformas como Diigo y Feedly que encontré muy útil. Me da lástima que las clases se cambiaron a online porque me hubiese gustado mas el curso si fuera presencial. En fin, en este curso fue muy útil para mí y definitivamente usare las lecciones que aprendí.
Parte IV: Dos cosas que me interesaron del curso.
Primera cosa que me gusto e intereso del curso fue WordPress, todavía sigo aprendiendo cosas nuevas sobre la pagina pero me gusto el escribir posts sobre mi tema elegido que fue maquillaje, lo encontré entretenido y divertido. Segunda cosa que me gusto mucho fue la tarea #8 que fue lo de “coding” lo encontré divertido y sorprendentemente un poco difícil pero me gusto porque fue tipo “challenge”.
Parte V: Dos cosas que aprendiste (herramientas, conceptos, ideas…).
Definitivamente la tarea #5 fue algo que me impresiono y aprendi mucho sobre la privacidad y seguridad. Me impresiono mucho toda la información que la internet sabe de nosotros y que aunque pensemos que borramos las cosas o ponemos el “search” en privado en realidad todo sigue guardado. En la web no somos anónimos y el servidor siempre sabra quien soy y donde estoy ni tampoco tenemos privacidad aunque pensemos que si. Otra cosa que aprendi fue los domains, no sabia lo que eran ni lo que significaban y me impresiono los diferentes tipos que hay y que no siempre es “.com”.
Parte VI: Indica también lo que cambiarías del curso, si pudieras.
No cambiaria algo del curso, solo cambiaria el hecho de las clases online pero eso es en general no es solo este curso, pero entiendo la circunstancias y me alegra que la pandemia no nos afecto tanto académicamente.

La tecnología ha avanzado tanto, que si bien conocemos en una gran fuente de progreso, sin ningún tipo de control al respecto. Por tanto estaremos definiendo y presentando algunas de las tecnologías que han revolucionado esta herramienta tan poderosa y el mundo moderno en el que vivimos, llegando para quedarse.
This look is not on my “Future Makeup” post because I saw it on TikTok las night and decide it to do it. I basically follow Abby Roberts video but I did a simpler look. I stared with gluing half of my eyebrows and coloring them. Then I decided it to try Briar Rightmeyer TikTok and do the water eyeshadow liner, and it worked!. I proceeded with the face and I did a natural base, nothing special, then I topped it off with a black lipstick.

This week I did two makeup looks, the first one it’s a ” Blue Wet Look”. This look is very simple and there’s a lot of ways to do it. I stared with a natural makeup (base, concealer, powder and blush) if you like you can contour and do a sharp brow but I decide it to just use a little bit of bronzer and a brow gel. For the eyes I use a beautiful baby blue all over the eye ( tip: use a white or lighter concealer to make the eyeshadow pop) I try to smudge the edges so it would look a little bit messy but I kept a cat eye shape. I added a lot of highlight just so my skin would look dewy, a nude lipstick and fake eyelashes but all of that is opcional. Lastly I put a little bit of clear lip gloss over my eyelids so the eyeshadow would look wet.
My inspiration for the “Blue Wet Look”:
The second makeup look is a little bit hard compare to the first one. I stared with the eyes in this one, I used tape to create the lines ( tip: before applying the tape on your face tape it on your hand a couple of times so when you take it out of your face it won’t hurt ). After putting the tape where I want I added concealer to the area so the color would pop more. I used red but you can use any color you want and how many you want. After that step I took the tape out and then added a thin line on the boarder of the red to add a gold color. Then I continue with the skin and I did a natural base with a little bit more blush, a natural eyebrows and once again I used a lot of highlight. Lastly I put my fake eyelashes on and a subtle red lipstick.

I wanted to do the circle but with another shape and I ended up doing lines.
On my last weekly post I wrote about how I want to start doing new makeup looks during this quarantine. I showed some inspiration and here are the first two looks.
This first look I call it “Lines” just because the focus of the look are the lines. This look is very simple, it’s basically a natural makeup look with a lot of blush and the same color for the eyes. I connected the blush with the eyeshadow for an extra touch. I also used a lot of highlight for a dewy and glowy skin look. For the eyebrows I only use a brow gel and for the lips I used a clear gloss. Now for the yarn, I glued it with eyelash glue and follow my inspo picture. I loved this look because it was easy and very minimalistic. You can try it with different color yarn, or with a dramatic eye look, even with a bold lip, or the front of the face.

The second look, this look was a little bit harder compare to the first one. This one I call “Simple Colors” because I will be doing another one like this but with a “splash” effect and also I used only 5 colors. This one is another look that you can alter and make it your own.
I stared this look with foundation, concealer, and powder (you can even bake your face for a more smooth effect). I used a lot of blush for the cheeks and tried to make it as harsh as posible. For the eyes I used purple, orange, yellow, pink and a lighter purple. The key for the eyes is to blend every color to the max. A tip that you can do for extra pigment, you can add concealer before adding the eyeshadow, this will create a light sticky base for the eyeshadow to sit on. For the cat eye I made a sharp and long line in the inner corner and outer corner of the eye. For the brows I used black to create a bold brow, I also used a lot of highlight. Lastly I used a soft pink lipstick.

1.Descripción de tecnología Virtual y Aumentada
La Realidad Virtual y la Realidad Aumentada son un tipo de tecnología que permite superponer elementos virtuales sobre nuestra visión de la realidad.Larealidad virtual consiste en la inmersión sensorial en un nuevo mundo, basado en entornos reales o no, que ha sido generado de forma artificial, y que podemos percibir gracias a unas gafas de realidad virtual y sus accesorios (cascos de audio, guantes, etc…). El objetivo de esta tecnología es crear un mundo ficticio del que puedes formar parte e incluso ser el protagonista: viendo un coche en un concesionario virtual, siendo protagonista de un videojuego o bien practicando como hacer una operación a corazón abierto. Mientras que la realidad aumentada como el entorno real mezclado con lo virtual la realidad aumentada puede ser usada en varios dispositivos desde computadores hasta dispositivos móviles, HTC android e Iphone los dispositivos que ya están implementando esta tecnología.

Hey guys, today I will talk about how we really don’t have privacy on our phones, tablets or computers. The videos and articles were eye opening, now I’m even more scared of the internet. After going to myactivity.google.com/myactivity and google.com/settings/ads/. Looking at all the information that google has of me saved, I realized how nothing is really deleted. One of my biggest fear is thinking that someone is watching, it’s something that terrorize me and looking and reading about this topic was very scary for me. I think Glenn Greenwald explain and talked about this topic very well and I agree with everything he said. It was also scary to read about how twitter and facebook has a ton of personal information like all the people that I deleted or unfriended, my address, my phone number, others people phone numbers that I have in my phone and more. Everyone should know this information because everyone should be aware that anyone can get your information easily. That’s why I will link every article I read and the videos I watched below so you can see it too.
